I published my first book, Parenting Your Anxious Child with Mindfulness and Acceptance, in 2009. Since then, I have authored and coauthored, three more books for parents, professionals, and teens. Actually, it’s more like six more, four being a series of little, delightfully illustrated books. I think of them as the book equivalent of “sliders”. At this time another book is in development.
